To ensure all our clients receive only the best service from our chauffeurs at every stage of their tour, we implemented a daily tour report for all chauffeurs and guides along with a chauffeur etiquette bible to handle any situation. This will ensure clients are offered authentic Sri Lankan experiences and encounters, while enjoying local food with absolute cultural immersion, with the chauffeur and guide of their dreams. As the report has to be updated every day, the additional work is compensated with cash incentives after submission of the logs along with the running charts.
